Questions people actually ask
- What counts as a conversation?
- One customer thread within 24 hours, not one message. Somebody who asks five questions in an afternoon is one conversation. We say this plainly because being vague about it is where surprise bills come from.
- What happens if I go over?
- At 80% we tell you. At 100% the assistant keeps answering and the extra is billed at a published rate. We never move you to a higher plan automatically — that practice is one of the loudest complaints about the incumbents.
- Is the AI an extra charge?
- No. It is included in every paid plan. One quota, one bill, no separate AI charge and no separate automation charge.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, up or down, and your allowance changes with it. If a plan's price changes we hold you on the one you agreed unless you ask to move.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. One line before your closing body tag on any website — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML. In The Gambia we come and do it for you.
- What if it does not know the answer?
- It says so and offers a person, rather than guessing. It will never invent a price, a date or a policy, and every question it could not answer appears in your dashboard.
- Why is WhatsApp only on the higher plans?
- Meta charges us a fee for every message the assistant sends on WhatsApp from October 2026, and a website conversation costs us almost nothing. Pricing both the same would mean losing money on every WhatsApp customer, so we say which plans include it and how many of your conversations may use it.
- Do you use my customers' conversations to train anything?
- No. Your knowledge and your transcripts are yours, kept separate from every other business on the platform, and you can have phone numbers and email addresses hidden from anyone who opens your dashboard.
